Services
We provide IT services, website development, digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, branding, automation, CRM systems, WhatsApp marketing tools, vCard Business, voice call services and related support.
Payments
All service payments, software license payments, subscription fees, setup charges and renewal payments must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Software Usage
Customers are responsible for using software and marketing tools legally, ethically and according to applicable platform policies. TNS Technova is not responsible for misuse, spam, policy violations, account restrictions or bans caused by customer activity.
Service Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the selected service, customer requirements, payment confirmation and required data/documents. Delays caused by missing information from the customer side are not the responsibility of TNS Technova.
Support
Support is provided during working hours through phone, WhatsApp, email or support ticket depending on the service plan.
