Digital Delivery
Most TNS Technova products are digital services, software licenses, cloud panels, API access, websites, CRM systems or marketing services. Delivery is done through email, WhatsApp, dashboard credentials or online access.
Delivery Timeline
Digital access is usually shared after payment confirmation and account setup. Custom development and marketing services follow project timelines discussed with the customer.
Physical Shipping
We generally do not ship physical products. If any physical item is included in a custom order, shipping details will be shared separately.
Wrong Contact Details
Customers must provide correct phone number and email address. Delay due to wrong contact details will not be considered a delivery failure.
