All software products, digital licenses, API services, cloud subscriptions, reseller panels, white-label setups and activated services are non-refundable once delivered, activated or used.
Service Fees
Setup charges, campaign management fees, development advance payments, consultation fees and marketing service fees are non-refundable after work has started.
Refund Exceptions
Refund may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment, payment deducted but not received, or service not delivered due to a confirmed technical issue from our side.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to process depending on payment gateway, bank or UPI settlement timelines.
