Before Work Starts
A cancellation request may be considered only if the service has not started, license has not been activated and no setup work has been initiated.
After Activation
Once software, API, cloud panel, reseller panel, website work, campaign setup or marketing service is activated/started, cancellation is not available.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may choose not to renew a subscription after expiry. Existing active subscription charges are non-refundable.
